How to Sell Your Car to Central Car Removal
To sell your car to Central Car Removal, simply contact us for a quote. We will need to know the make, model, year, and condition of your car in order to provide you with an accurate quote. Once we have received your request, we will schedule a time to pick up your car at your convenience.
Payment
We pay cash for cars on the spot. We will also pay you for your car even if it is not in running condition.
Condition of Sale
When you sell your car to Central Car Removal, you agree to the following:
Limitation of Liability
Central Car Removal is not responsible for any damage to your car that occurs during transport. We are also not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that occurs as a result of our services.
Termination
Central Car Removal reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties, whether written or oral.
Severability
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
No waiver of any provision of this agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
Notices
All notices and other communications under this agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:
